Nike SB Orange Label Bruin Ultra 'Ishod' Shoes

Designed in collaboration with American pro rider and Thrasher Skater of The Year ‘13 Ishod Wair as part of the Nike SB Orange Label project, these all black Bruin Ultra Shoes have a split design across the uppers, an exposed foam tongue and safety orange accents which nod to the DNA of the Nike brand. A combination of durable suede and layered mesh creates two contrasting textures across either half of the design with a centralised nylon tape connecting the two sections with repeat outlined ‘Nike SB’ text branding.

On either outer panel discreet Swoosh ticks have been embroidered in black for subtle branding and a woven wrap over label sits at the top of the exposed foam tongue with ‘Ishod Wair’ text below a tilted Nike SB Swoosh logo which has been reworked especially for the Orange Label Project. On the back of the heel an additional patch of suede adds further durability to the design with an overlay of the same branded nylon tape. For support and responsive cushioning, a Zoom Air unit has been inserted within the heel whilst the tacky gum rubber outsole has a textured surface and an additional section wraps around the front of the toes for quality grip. Across the herringbone tread design bold ‘Ishod’ text has been printed in a light grey shade.

Constructed using premium materials with auxetic shapes between the upper and outsole that expand and contract in all directions for equal pressure dispersal in every step, this Ishod Wair pro model has been designed by the skater himself as part of the Nike SB Orange Label Project. Introduced in early 2019 with a trio of premium skate-focused styles as part of the #supportyourlocalskateshop initiative, this project has seen three releases so far which are only available through an exclusive number of skate stores.
